Time Out With Tamra - Introducing my Life Coach....

Are you enjoying the early arrival of Spring? The sunshine in Melbourne has been just stunning, and almost warm enough to pack away the woolly scarves and Get Naked!! Yes, I am very very excited to announce, that my second book Getting Naked – The Dating Game is now available. The shipment just came in (literally), and pre launch copies can be bought online from gettingnaked.com.au
If you’ve been following me on Facebook, you’ll see that the book will be launched at the Getting Naked Festival at the Precinct Hotel, Richmond on October 12, alongside the launch of my company Getting Naked Pty Ltd. Put the date in your diary, as you’ll be getting an invite to our very special event shortly.
The aim of Getting Naked Pty Ltd is to inspire people into a healthier way of living. The Festival brings together a wardrobe of companies that embody our core values. You’ll get to play with products that I have handpicked; organic chocolatemineral make-upvintage clothing… you’ll even be able to get a head and neck massage! (the full itinerary will be on the website early September) Plus there’ll be gift bags, thousands of dollars worth of prizes and entertainment bound to stitch a smile on your fabulous face.
And what is Getting Naked offering? We’ll be giving you the formula to design your life. How? Through our online course Remarkable Relationships. This course is a rack above the rest because, we give you the skills required to release the hurdles (or limiting beliefs) that have been stopping you from reaching your goals. If you find yourself repeating the same patterns, enrol now, and we’ll get you off the merry go round so you can move forward easily and effortlessly.
If you’d like a sneak peak on what you’ll get out of the course, send me an email tamra@gettingnaked.com.au and we can book you in a complimentary 15 minute personalised demo. Well I have a very special festival to finish organising, so I better get back to it. I look forward to seeing you all there.

The most important relationship you will ever have is the relationship with yourself.
Nurture it!
